Laverne Johnson, Deputy Director – Navy Sector: Ms. Johnson brings over 22 years of systems integration, project management, and leadership experience in the private and public sectors. As Sehlke’s Deputy Operations Director, Ms. Johnson has oversight of the Department of Navy (DON) Financial Improvement Program (FIP) III Task Orders encompassing the Department of Navy (DON) Working Capital Fund (WCF) and General Fund (GF) Migration to Navy ERP, Audit Remediation, Statement Compilation and Reporting, Asset Management and Ordnance.
Sarah Rendon, Deputy Director – Marine Corps Sector: Confirming one of Sehlke’s fundamental tenets of “promote from within,” Ms. Rendon has been working with Sehlke as a Project Manager for just over two years. She brings over 25 years of DoD experience to her new post as the Deputy Director of Operations, USMC. Her diverse background includes Electronics Maintenance, Maintenance Management, Supply, and Fiscal operations. Most recently, Ms. Rendon led audit improvement efforts and assisted with Manager’s Internal Control Program efforts within both the Navy and Marine Corps sectors.
Michael Nobel, Deputy Director – Marine Corps Sector: With a robust and diverse Marine Corps Financial Management career, Mr. Noble brings almost 26 years of experience. As the Deputy Director of Marine Corps Operations, Mr. Noble oversees and supports the II MEF Financial Management / Logistics Support contract. . In this role, Mike coordinates with his Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) that assist II MEF with Financial Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management support. This effort will result in focused Financial Management and Logistics support across systems to drive process efficiencies, savings, increased readiness, and process improvement efficiently.
Jerry Copley, Deputy Director – Marine Corps Sector: Mr. Copley brings over 30 years of Marine Corps and DOD Logistics experience. As Sehlke’s Dep Director of Marine Corps Operations, Mr. Copley will oversee several projects; Post Deployment Support Services for Global Combat Support System Marine Corps (Curriculum Development and System upgrades/security), Marine Corps Installations Pacific, and a new project and growth supporting VMX-1 in Yuma, AZ.
