Sehlke Consulting, LLC and subcontractor Grant Thornton announce their team has been awarded a contract from the United States Air Force to provide financial management support to the Air Force Civil Engineer Center in San Antonio, Texas. Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, the Air Force Civil Engineer Center supports a worldwide enterprise with an annual Operations and Maintenance (O&M) budget of $2.7B with an additional $700M in other appropriations such as Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) and Planning & Design.
The team will focus on budget execution, financial management, financial systems, strategic planning, and decision support, to include evaluating current business rules and financial management best practices in support of the AF Civil Engineer enterprise.
