Arlington, VA, September 29, 2021 – Sehlke Consulting, LLC has been awarded their fourth Task order under their second GSA single award IDIQ to support Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Deputy Commandant for Information, Chief Information Office (DCI/ICC CIO) with Cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework (CRMF) Support Services. Sehlke provides CRMF support, consulting, advising, and delivering real-time solutions and CRMF decisions for Marine Corps leadership. CRMF performance methods will be progressed to an optimized state, establishing internal controls to provide reasonable assurance that process weaknesses can be prevented or detected early enough to mitigate and prevent an adverse impact on the organization. Support Services include:
- Conducting Risk Management Framework activities to review the certification and accreditation submissions for Marine Corps financial management systems, those within the Enterprise Information Environment, or Business Mission Area.
- Reviewing and advising on Security Controls testing, internal controls, access controls, and other elements of the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) required for Marine Corps applications and systems.
- Tracking and reviewing existing or requested Authority to Operate, Authority to Connect, Interim Authority to Test, and any Denials of Authority to Operate to remain compliant.
- Defining information requirements of operational command users.
- Investigating operational command end-use information and decision requirements.
- Developing back-end interfaces and connections with authoritative sources for financial data, recordkeeping, decision support systems, and data archives.
- Providing environment and architecture.
- Building user access mechanisms to control the user permissions.
- Customizing all required server software, which can run on multiple operating systems.
- Tailoring the administrator interface efforts, enabling the administrator to configure to multiple stakeholders.
