Arlington, VA, February 2, 2021 – Sehlke Consulting, LLC, is pleased to announce our recent Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Task Order award providing Financial Management and Logistics Support (FMLS) services to U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific Command (MARFORPAC). This support includes MARFORPAC Headquarters – Camp H.M. Smith, HI; I Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) – Camp Pendleton, CA; and III MEF – Okinawa, Japan. The SBIR framework consists of isolating and defining unknown conditions, resolving critical problems, and developing new theories concerning financial, logistics, budget, accounting, internal controls, and information technology processes. Concurrent to these efforts, and in support of them, Sehlke leverages its Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology to deliver specific improvement solutions. These solutions implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets and provide effective and efficient methods for acquiring and using funds to support the organization’s programs and activities across all systems and business processes. This effort involves assisting the supply and logistics communities with developing well-defined requirements, developing costing methodologies, providing cradle-to-grave oversight of the procurement lifecycle, and validating transactions following DoD Financial Management and Logistics Regulations.
