Arlington, VA – May 24, 2019 – Mr. Chad Sehlke, Founder and CEO of Sehlke Consulting, is pleased to announce that Mr. Michael Koger has joined the Corporate Management Team as Director of Recruiting. Mr. Koger brings over 15 year’s of experience finding rock star talent for major firms and organizations within the country. With a strong knowledge and background in recruiting management, Michael has directed multiple teams within the IT, Financial Management, and Cyber Security space, spending 8+ years supporting firms such as, Leidos and Booz Allen. As Sehlke’s Director of Recruiting, Mr. Koger leads the staffing and recruitment efforts.
Before joining Sehlke Consulting, Michael served as Principal for Koger, LLC, a boutique recruiting firm specializing in supporting government contracting organizations. He has a wealth of knowledge on the recruitment front and will now be leading the charge for Sehlke.
