Sehlke Consulting, LLC has been awarded a prime contract supporting Marine Corps System Command (MCSC) Portfolio Manager (PfM) Ground Combat Element Systems (GCES) with Financial Support Services. Located at Quantico, Virginia, MCSC equips and sustains the operating forces with over 150 programs and projects that provide infantry weapons, fire support systems, and clothing/other equipment necessary to accomplish the United States Marine Corps missions.
Sehlke’s support includes: Financial Data Reporting; Funding Line Reconciliations; Funding Document creation and review; Dormant Account Review – Quarterly (DARQ) validation; Unliquidated Obligations (ULO) and Negative Unliquidated Obligations (NULO) reconciliation; Government Purchase Card transaction tracking; assistance with preparing final budget exhibits, Program Management Plans (PMPs), Program Execution Plans (PEPs), and controls; and tracking of established Spend plans.
