Sehlke Consulting’s commitment to developing our future leaders is central to our growth and client delivery strategy. Through significant long-term investment in professional development along with enriching business assignments, Sehlke is building a connected network of leaders.

Sehlke is pleased to announce that Mr. Conrad Symber and Mr. Ed Fienga have joined the company’s leadership as Partner within the Federal consulting practice.

Mr. Symber leads Sehlke Consulting’s Navy Sector, to include client service delivery, personnel and project management, business development, and strategic growth. Prior to joining Sehlke Consulting, Mr. Symber played a lead role for the Installations & Logistics branch of the Marine Corps in marrying accounting and audit readiness with accountability through providing actionable and value-adding recommendations in compliance with evolving financial management, logistics, and Federal accounting standards.

Mr. Symber noted, “I am thrilled and humbled to join Sehlke Consulting’s partnership program. It’s an honor to be a part of, and contribute, to Sehlke’s continued growth and success while working alongside a team of true industry professionals and subject matter experts.”

Mr. Fienga leads Sehlke Consulting’s Air Force and other Defense Programs Sectors.  Prior to joining Sehlke in 2016, Mr. Fienga was the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force, Financial Management and Comptroller, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.  There, he led annual Air Force-wide processes to build the Air Force’s 5-year, $605B budget (POM).  He also Chaired the Air Force Board to assemble, integrate and prioritize all programmatic, manpower, and resource options.

According to Mr. Fienga, “Sehlke Consulting is synonymous with hard work, passion, and finding thoughtful solutions for complex challenges.  As such, I am honored to join the ranks of Partner–I believe it recognizes the past efforts of the whole Sehlke team and the incredible future potential that lies ahead.”

Mr. Chad Sehlke, Founder and CEO of Sehlke Consulting, noted, “We are proud to announce the establishment of our unique equity partnership program, which does not require partner buy-in. We believe this approach to partnerships will drive industry leaders to become partners from both internal and external to Sehlke. These leaders are experienced professionals with successful track records, noted for their exceptional contributions to the firm, our clients, and the profession. This approach reflects Conrad and Ed’s commitment to ensuring we offer an environment where the most talented, likable, and entrepreneurial professionals aspire to build careers – together we work to deliver exceptional client experiences.”

We congratulate our new leaders. The path to partnership is not easy. Mr. Symber and Mr. Fienga have distinguished Sehlke by serving clients with integrity and excellence, developing highly functioning teams, and giving back to their communities. By leading with purpose, they have found innovative solutions that help solve complex challenges and make a meaningful impact. Let’s congratulate Conrad and Ed as we celebrate each new partner’s unique strengths and contributions.
