The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Accounting Financial Support

Sehlke Consulting, LLC is pleased to announce it has been awarded a prime contract to continue supporting the Accounting Department within the Financial Management Directorate (FMD) aboard the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), Monterey, California. This award consists of one (6) month base period, and four (1) year option periods. Our support has included reconciling and closing reimbursable documents that span Fiscal Years (FY) FY12-FY17 and will now include FY18 and beyond.  In addition to providing reconciliation and closeout support for prior year reimbursable records, Sehlke provides reconciliation and reporting services for the Tri Annual Review (TAR), documentation and update of existing business process flows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the review and documentation of Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) and manual payment processes; database development to streamline the Reimbursable Work Order (RWO) receipt and acceptance process; and updating overall closeout processes in response to recent Audit findings and policy issued by the Department of the Navy. Our support features pre-migration and post-migration technical review and consultation for both the Standard Accounting, Budgeting, and Reporting System (SABRS) system, and its related reporting tool, the SABRS Management Analysis Retrieval Toosl System (SMARTS).
