Arlington, VA, January 13, 2021 – Sehlke Consulting, a global professional service, and management consulting firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Sarah O’Connor to Vice President of Business Operations, Rob Forth to Vice President of Client Operations, and Cindy English to Vice President of Human Resources.

Ms. O’Connor joined Sehlke in the spring of 2014, where she worked in internal operations leading the Recruiting, Human Resources, Business Development, and Marketing organizations. After a brief hiatus, Ms. O’Connor returned to Sehlke Consulting in July of 2018 as the Director of Business and Client Support Operations.

“It has been an absolute privilege to have started with Sehlke early on and grow along with it. I am honored to be able to continue to contribute to Sehlke’s success in my new role and look forward to what this new season brings. I’d like to thank Sehlke’s Executive’s for this amazing opportunity.”

Mr. Forth joined Sehlke in 2016, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and over 20 years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD) financial management, having achieved DoD Financial Management Certification Level 3 and acquiring credentials as a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).

Mr. Forth noted, “Prior to my Marine Corps retirement, I was a Sehlke Consulting client.  It was evident that Sehlke was always focused and invested in precisely delivering exceptional value.  I appreciate the many opportunities I have been afforded, especially the opportunity to contribute to upholding the standard.  The culture here is a game changer.”

Ms. English joined Sehlke earlier this year as Director of Human Resources, leading all HR disciplines including talent management and organizational development, employee communications and engagement, and compensation and benefits.  In her expanded role, Ms. English will now be responsible for human capital management at Sehlke.

“Supporting Sehlke’s dynamic growth in my new capacity as Vice President is both humbling and exhilarating.  The opportunity to put my skills and experience to work fully leveraging HR to enable Sehlke’s growth sends a clear message that Sehlke is building for the future by investing in its people.” said Ms. English.

Mr. Chad Sehlke, Founder and CEO, noted, “These three employees have proven themselves as essential assets to our corporate infrastructure. Their support and expertise is truly invaluable, and I am proud to add them to our Executive Team!”
